Claude AI Setup Guide

For dashboard owners: Deploy a Cloudflare Worker to enable Claude AI without requiring users to enter API keys.

Step 1: Create Cloudflare Worker

1. Go to dash.cloudflare.com and log in
2. Click "Workers & Pages" in the left sidebar
3. Click "Create Application" then "Create Worker"
4. Replace the default code with the code from warboard-ai-worker.js
5. Deploy the worker

Step 2: Set Environment Variables

1. In the Worker settings, go to "Settings" tab
2. Click "Environment Variables" under "Bindings"
3. Add: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY = your Anthropic API key
4. Save and deploy

Step 3: Update Dashboard Configuration

In the HTML file, find this line:

AI_PROXY_URL: ''  // Set by dashboard owner

Replace with your Worker URL:

AI_PROXY_URL: 'https://warboard-ai.yourname.workers.dev'

Security Note: Your Anthropic API key is stored safely in Cloudflare's environment variables. It's never exposed to the browser or dashboard users.

Dashboard Settings

Configure live stream URLs and data sources. Changes take effect immediately.

Tip: Find live streams on YouTube, copy the video ID from the URL (the part after v=), and paste here.
